Lolly is a 10 year old spayed female Pit Bull mix, weighing 65 lbs. She has completed treatment for heartworm and has started on Credelio Quattro, which is used for heartworm prevention, as well as flea and tick prevention and general dewormer. She has been vaccinated for Rabies (1 year) & combination vaccine with distemper, parvovirus, parainfluenza, adenovirus, leptospirosis, coronavirus included. Lolly is a queen bee who enjoys living life at a little bit of a slower pace than her siblings. She would be best as only pet. This sassy yet sweet girl is having an especially difficult time adjusting to being kenneled in a clinic environment and is looking for a home she can rule over from her comfy bed. We do not want her to ever face risk of euthanasia again and would prefer to keep her out of the shelter. Rescues can text 276.202.1198. Do not forget to bring your pets inside when it is too cold outside. IF IT IS TOO COLD FOR YOU, IT IS TOO COLD FOR THEM! The law says: During cold weather, a dog shelter must have a windbreak at its entrance and have bedding material that is sufficient to protect the animal from cold and promote the retention of body heat.
