Notes: Toby is in need of rescue from Lee County Va Animal Shelter. He is NEUTERED. No vet history. Toby is very friendly, around 2 years and a chunky 60 lbs. Toby does have a bite history which I can explain. Will get him dog tested ASAP. Rescues can text me at 276.202.1198.

Adoptions from Lee County Animal Shelter are free, however, you are REQUIRED to have the dog spayed/neutered. You must sign an Adoption Agreement, and a Spay/Neuter Agreement.
- Adoption of dogs is open to residents of Lee, Scott, Wise, Russell, Washington County areas of Virginia.
- Adopters must sign a sterilization agreement to have the adopted pet spayed or neutered within 30 days of adoption.
- Adopters must return the proof of sterilization paperwork within seven (7) days of dog being spayed or neutered.
- Dogs that have been spayed/neutered are available for adoption to anyone including out of state residents.
- State law requires that all dogs and cats be vaccinated for rabies.
